1. About us
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website aircube.com and any booking made through it. The website is operated by Air Cube Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15080319, with registered office at PO Box 4385, Cardiff, CF14 8LH (“Aircube”, “we”, “us”).
Our principal activity is the management and rental of luxury short-term accommodation in Paris, France.
2. Booking and confirmation
By completing a booking on our website, you are making an offer to rent the selected property for the dates and price indicated. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your booking via email.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete.
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include the nightly rate and applicable cleaning fees. Prices do not include the Paris city tax (taxe de séjour), which is payable locally.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Additional services (early check-in, late check-out, experiences) selected during checkout are charged at the prices indicated and included in the total.
4. Cancellation policy
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before check-in: full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
- 15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: no refund.
Cancellations can be initiated directly from your account. Refunds are processed automatically via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cleaning fees and add-on services are non-refundable once confirmed.
We reserve the right to offer different cancellation terms for specific properties or promotional rates, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5. Booking modifications
You may request a modification to your booking (e.g., date changes) from your account. All modification requests are subject to review and approval by our team within 24 hours.
If the modification results in a higher total price, the price difference will be charged to your payment method on file. If the modification results in a lower total price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Modifications are not guaranteed and depend on availability. If a modification cannot be accommodated, your original booking remains unchanged.
6. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in time is 15:00 (3 PM) and standard check-out time is 11:00 (11 AM), unless otherwise agreed or modified through an add-on service.
Before your arrival, you will receive a check-in form (powered by Guesty) that must be completed in full. Access details (entry codes, WiFi credentials, precise address) will only be provided once the check-in form has been submitted and verified.
Late check-out beyond the agreed time may result in an additional charge equivalent to one extra night.
7. Add-ons and extras
Additional services (“add-ons”) such as early check-in, late checkout, daily cleaning, welcome basket, champagne, airport transfer and experiences may be requested during the booking process or after confirmation from your booking page.
All add-on requests are subject to availability and require confirmation from our team. Confirmed add-ons are charged at the prices indicated and are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You may opt in to save your card details securely with Stripe for faster future bookings. Saved card data is stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance standards; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
9. Referral program
Aircube offers a referral program accessible from your account. By sharing your unique referral link, you and the referred guest each receive a 10% discount on a booking. The discount is applied automatically when the referred guest completes a qualifying booking using your link.
Referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and may be subject to additional conditions communicated on the referral page. Aircube reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
10. Guest obligations
During your stay, you agree to:
- Treat the property and its contents with reasonable care.
- Respect the house rules provided for each property, including noise levels and maximum occupancy.
- Not sub-let, assign or transfer the booking to any third party.
- Not use the property for any commercial, illegal or immoral purpose.
- Not exceed the maximum number of guests declared at the time of booking.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
11. Damage and security deposit
We may pre-authorise a security deposit on your payment card prior to or upon check-in. The deposit amount varies by property and will be communicated before your stay.
Any damage to the property, its furniture, fixtures or equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. We will provide photographic evidence and an itemised cost breakdown for any deductions.
If no damage is reported, the security deposit pre-authorisation will be released within 7 business days of check-out.
12. Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: utility failures, building works in the vicinity, extreme weather, strikes, or government actions.
Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking.
We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend guests arrange appropriate travel insurance.
13. Modifications by Aircube
In the unlikely event that we need to make a significant change to your booking (e.g., property unavailability due to force majeure), we will offer you either an alternative property of equivalent or superior standard, or a full refund.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design and code — is the property of Air Cube Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
15. Refund policy
All refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If a refund was approved but does not appear within 15 business days, please contact us at contact@aircube.com with your booking reference.
Partial refunds (e.g., for cancellations 15–30 days before check-in) are calculated on the total booking amount excluding any non-refundable cleaning fees or confirmed add-on services.
16. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your booking, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting us at contact@aircube.com. We commit to responding within 14 days.
If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to a certified consumer mediation service in accordance with applicable regulations. For guests resident in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts as determined by the governing law clause below.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For guests resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
As our properties are located in France, your stay is also subject to the applicable provisions of the French Code du tourisme (Tourism Code), and where applicable, the Code de la consommation (Consumer Code). In particular, the rules governing furnished holiday rentals (meublés de tourisme) under French law apply to the property and your stay.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms and any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or cost of procurement of substitute services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and third-party liability for the duration of their stay.
19. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms applicable to your booking are those in force at the time of booking.
